Criminal case upon rape of nine girls in the city of Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region terminated because the suspects have not reached the age of criminal responsibility. It is reported by the representative of the regional investigative Department of the Investigative Committee Valentin Vedernikov.
According to investigators, the evening of 11 may, 13-year-old boy and his 12-year-old friend brutally raped a girl in an abandoned building in Zlatoust. After that she was able to walk home and tell your parents about this. It was a criminal case under paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 131 of the criminal code (“Rape of a person under 14 years of age”). The court sent the suspects in the temporary detention centre for minors. They face up to 20 years in prison.
In the regional Ministry of health, the Agency said that after the incident, the girl was treated at the Chelyabinsk regional children’s clinical hospital.
