Russian blogger Alexei Makeyev, who was nearly lynched in Mexico for offenses against the local population, has recorded a video message GDSs called the attack a terrorist attack.

Makeev is a native of Elektrostal, who came to Mexico to work as a diving coach, writes Life.ru.
