The incident occurred a few kilometers from the coast of Anapa.
Aftershocks were recorded by the devices on the morning of 8 August.
Information on aftershocks with magnitude of 3.5 confirmed in the regional emergency Department. The tremors, which occurred at a distance of 42 kilometers from the coast of Anapa, was recorded by the seismic station located in Obninsk, Kaluga region.
The epicenter of the earthquake was at 10 km depth. Locals tremors are not felt.
