An unprecedented case happened in the court room of Tobolsk.
The Tobolsk district court of Tyumen region has sentenced the alleged administrator of the “group of death” Budykina Philip, known as Philip Fox, to three years and four months in a colony-settlement.
“In the course of the trial failed to prove the guilt and the involvement of the young person to the two episodes in which he persuaded adolescent girls to suicidal thoughts,” said the Deputy judge Elvira Yakubova.
According to investigators, in April-may 2016 Bodaken in a social network “Vkontakte” spread among minors the promotion of suicide and persuaded them to commit the offence.
So, investigators say that the young man instigated the suicide of 15-year-old schoolgirl from Astrakhan, and was driven to suicide of a minor girl from Tyumen region, which last summer tried to commit suicide, but was saved by doctors.
A criminal case was initiated against Budykina may 20, 2016 – five days after the investigation of “Novaya Gazeta” about the “groups of death”. In November 2016, he was arrested.
In the investigation of “Novaya Gazeta” argued that in social networks there are communities, administrators which predispose adolescents to suicide. According to the publication, from November 2015 to April 2016 committed suicide 130 adolescents, held in such groups.

At the same time, administrators of these groups predispose adolescents to suicide. Often, if a child refuses to kill himself, the perpetrators calculate the IP address of the participant and tell him that this cowardice will have to answer to his family.
To protect the child, psychologists advise parents under any pretext to distract the student from social networks, for example, talking with children to find a hobby or to send the child to sports section.
