The head of the SFS was going to travel abroad.
Specialized anti-corruption prosecution service (ARS) intends to ask the court to arrest and remove from office the head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov.
This is stated in the message SAP on Facebook.
Nasirov is suspected of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences).
“We became aware of a possible departure of the suspect abroad, and there was the possibility of destruction of evidence, so the Prosecutor yesterday, it was decided to hold a series of urgent procedural actions. Once began investigations yesterday afternoon, the head of the SFS instantly appeared on the treatment in Feofaniya” – said the Deputy Prosecutor General, head of SAP Nazar Golodnitsky.
“Given the possibilities of the suspect to resist the consequence and love for shoots abroad participants in the “gas business” (people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko, – ed.) we will petition in court about election Nasirov measures of restraint in form of detention and to demand his removal from office. Now detectives NABOO on behalf of the head of procedure, preparing appropriate motions in court,” he added.
According to Golodnitsky, the investigation of the” gas business” requires establishing and bringing to justice all members of the scheme illicit enrichment, and, above all, its organizers and beneficiaries. He also noted that the head of the SFS was already questioned in the framework of this production.
