Prosecutor of Kyiv completed pre-trial investigation concerning Andrey Medvedko and Denis Polishchuk, suspects in the murder of directions.
This was announced by the lawyer Sergey Voychenko on Facebook.
“Today, the Kyiv Prosecutor’s office announced the completion of pre-trial investigation concerning Andrey Medvedko and Denis Polishchuk… a Backlog of hundreds of requests by the defense, failed dozens of court decisions obtained by the defense, not investigated the beating Medvedko during detention, beatings Medvedko and Polishchuk during illegal attempts of obtaining biological samples,” wrote the lawyer.
“Well, ready to defend guys, and the Prosecutor’s office transferred responsibility to the court,” he added.
Recall that the Elder was killed on 16 April 2015 in Kiev in the yard of an apartment house in which he lived.
Medvedko and Polishchuk – was arrested on June 18 and arrested. However, at the end of 2015, they were placed under house arrest, and in the spring of 2016, they chose a measure of restraint not involving deprivation of liberty.
In may 2017, the General Prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko that Medvedko and Polishchuk transferred from suspects to accused.
