Most affordable housing on this promotion can be found in the cities of Aragon, Castile, Andalusia and La Mancha.
The Bank BMN and portal Casaktua has launched a promotion in which potential buyers will be able to purchase more than 1,400 properties in Murcia, Andalucia, the Balearic Islands, Valencia, Madrid and the Canary Islands with a discount of up to 40%
The average cost of housing for the shares is €100 000. As part of the campaign customers can purchase apartments, chalets, lofts, studios and lofts for the price of on average €20 000 below normal.
The majority of objects is located in Andalusia (400), Murcia (380), Valencia (345) and the Balearic Islands (230). And the most affordable options located in Aragon, Castile – La Mancha and Andalusia, where you can find housing at average prices of €63 400, €800 and 70 €85 000 respectively.
BMN Bank last year launched a similar campaign in November 2016
