“We believe it is necessary, of course, to improve the monitoring mission of the OSCE SMM… In the Ukrainian society there is a big question as to why today, in these three years of war, the OSCE mission only a few times was near the border. Why not allowed to the entire occupied territory. And, for example, remains closed Debaltsevo,” she said.
According to Gerashchenko, Ukraine insists that near the crossing of the Punta entry/exit worked around the clock special hubs of the OSCE.
