The seal tried to steal diver’s camera.
A small incident happened with the photographer-diver Caroline Robertson-brown at the end of the working trip to the farne Islands near the Northumberland coast.
44-year-old Caroline led a group of underwater photographers together with her husband, 64-year-old Nick Robertson-brown.
They went to the farne Islands to capture the population of grey seals.
As stated by Caroline, when she began to swim to the surface, close to her pup seal, grabbed the camera and tried to get away with it.
“Apparatus for underwater shooting is decent money, and I could not just give the win to the sea dweller this game. But the random shooting was amazing”
During the “battle” for the camera Caroline managed to do a few live shots with part of a curious puppy.
According to her, swimming with wild animals is a rare and excellent opportunity not to be missed.
“Seals are very curious creatures. They love to swim up to divers and watch what they do. They can pull you over fins or throw up, but they are harmless and love to pose for the camera”
