The national police of Ukraine has recorded 73 election violations in the United communities, which took place yesterday, December 24. According to the national police on these facts opened 13 criminal proceedings.
“According to the article 160 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Bribery of voters, referendum participants) there is only one opened trade in Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolayiv, 3 in production and 4 in Chernihiv – Poltava regions. Also in Cherkasy and Poltava oblasts police was filed in a criminal proceedings under article 158 (Falsification of election documents)”, – stated in the message.
The police also checks another 57 reports of violations.
Elections were held in 51 United local community in 17 regions of Ukraine, voting was conducted on 391 of the precinct election Commission. The majority of communities chose the power in Nikolaev and Poltava regions.
