In Russian Yekaterinburg road workers rolled into the asphalt of the old stump. The inhabitant of the neighboring house told the publication Е1.RU that stump on this stretch of road is already for many years, and it used to drive around.
“This winter was conducted excavation work on this stretch of road, and now is the time to asphalt the roadway. And, as you can guess, the stump just rolled into new asphalt. Now we have in the yard, a monument to insanity” – says the inhabitant of Ekaterinburg Dmitry.
Dmitry has addressed in administration of the Kirov district of the city, where he replied that he did not know the contractor responsible for the work on this site. The land Committee to the citizen explained that the demolition of the stump requires a special permit.
Later it became known that the road at this site repairing a water utility. In a press-service of administration explained that to remove the stump was still in the initial stage of the work, and the head of the Agency will be sent a letter with a request to get rid of the remains of the felled tree in the roadway.
It is noted that a similar case occurred in 2015 in Pskov. There road workers also left the stump intact, propped up his curb.
In 2016 in Tyumen in rolled asphalt with live trees. In the local administration said that the reasons why podryachik work conducted thus unknown. Later, the pavement around the trees they cut down with axes.
