Incident occurred during a meeting of the city Council of Kharkov. One of the opposition MPs of being behind the podium, began to criticize the work of the Council and Kernes.
“It’s a shame for the city Council, which has become a means of manipulation of the will of one person. Want put to the vote, do not want to put”, – said the Deputy.
In response, Kernes took a deep breath and said, “Oh FFF…” into the microphone.
