As stated on page in Facebook eHealth system is to act for the primary care medicine and in the test mode, because have not been adopted relevant bills.
Today, primary care physicians will be able to register in the system and to register a Declaration of their patients.
eHealth to work in test mode until April 2018. During this period, the registration in eHealth will occur on a voluntary basis. Under the bill No. 6327 No. 6604, which are pending adoption in the Parliament, from August 1, 2018, the services of doctors will be carried out in accordance with the number of declarations registered in the system.
Registration of medical institutions in eHealth senior doctors began in June. Within three months the system was connected 8 health information systems to access the Central component. Thus, the doctors of 367 primary care, included in eHealth, you can start to register themselves and to make a Declaration of their patients.
In addition to the registration of physicians and declarations of patients, the eHealth system for this fall will offer primary care physicians an electronic tool to support the program “Affordable medicine” and later other steps to create a single electronic medical record for every Ukrainian.
Also, in the future, non-personally-identifying data from the system can allow to predict the spread of diseases and prevent them.
Today, the development of an eHealth system occurs at the expense of the technical assistance programs of international donor organizations.
