Due to the bad weather – rain, thunderstorms and wind gusts in Ukraine de-energized 478 settlements. Problems arose in Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia and Dnipropetrovsk regions, according to the state service for emergency situations (SSES).
“As a result of protection system of transmission lines have been de-energization of 478 settlements (n. p.) in six regions, namely: Khmelnitsky – 187 settlement, Ternopil – 114 n. p., Chernivtsi – 73 the settlement, Ivano-Frankivsk – 70 settlement, Transcarpathian – 33 n and Dnipropetrovsk is 1 of the settlement”, – reported in gschs.
In particular, in Chernivtsi damaged the metal roof of the shopping center on an area of about 500 square meters, in stebni village of Putyla district, Chernivtsi region damaged slate covering a comprehensive school in an area of about 20 square meters, tumbled down no less than 52 trees, gusts of transmission lines partially remained without electricity four districts.
In Rakhiv and Tyachiv district, Transcarpathian region felled about 20 trees in the village of Yassin damaged the roof of the hospital in area of about 50 sq m and part of the roof of three houses.
According to preliminary data, no victims.
