Representatives of the Special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE in Donbasse will meet with the heads of the self-proclaimed DND and LNR Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Carpentry. This is the official page of the OSCE SMM on Twitter.
“SMM OSCE welcomes the willingness of Mr Zakharchenko and Mr Plotnitsky make persistent invitation from SMM”, – stated in the message.
It is also noted that “SMM is looking forward to discuss how they can contribute to the observance of the Minsk agreements, approved by the UN security Council”.
