Thousands of people took to the streets of Belgrade.
Late in the evening on 3 April, thousands of people took to the streets of Belgrade and other Serbian cities in protest against the victory of incumbent Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic in the presidential election.

As noted, the protesters gathered after the appeals in social networks, which claimed that supporters Vucic manipulated voice that gave him a convincing victory in the first round.
Mostly, the protests “against the dictatorship” was organized via Facebook with the message “begins the first battle in the war for a better future.”
The protesters claim that Vucic’s victory marked the beginning of “dictatorship” in the country.
With cries of “We don’t want Vucic!” and “Vucic thief!”, the crowd blocked traffic in front of the Parliament building of Serbia.
Then the protesters went to the building of the public television RTS and towards the headquarters of state election Commission, and then again gathered in front of Parliament.
Activists have announced new protests for Tuesday in the southern city of Niš and in Belgrade.
