In the list of persons, undesirable for entry into the Union state of Belarus and Russia, made about 1.7 million foreign citizens, including 350 thousand citizens of Ukraine. All the Ukrainians made the list for the proposal of the Russian Federation, said the head of Belarusian interior Minister Igor Shunevich.
“There are so-called taboo list (on entry to the Federal government – ed.)… Is a database that comprises all signatories to the law, regulations, data on those unwanted to stay in the territory of one of the States of Russia or Belarus. In total this list included about 1.7 million people, including 1.5 million made by Russia, of which about 350 thousand citizens of Ukraine,” shunevich said at a press conference.
According to him, on the basis of this document, “we are obliged such persons to identify in their territories and to take measures that they soon departed.”
As reported, the Ukrainian foreign Ministry has urged citizens not to travel to Russia. The Ministry said that in Russia increased the number of groundless arrests of Ukrainians.
Previously Director of the political Department of the Ministry of foreign Affairs Alexei Makeyev said that the visit to Russia is dangerous for the citizens of Ukraine.
