The investigative Committee released a video attacking the patient to doctors in the emergency room of regional hospital of Velikiy Novgorod.
The man beat the first guard, and then began to strike the women.
Inadequate patient brought to the hospital after a fight in a cafe. He had a laceration of the face. When he attacked, got a concussion, the nurse, and the nurse — a fracture of the skull bones. The violent man then picked up by the police.
However, as explained in the RF IC, the detained did not calm down and in the plot. He insulted the guards, and then another, and hit a police officer. Now concerning it criminal case under three articles: article 116 of the criminal code (“Beating”), part 1 of article 318 (“violence against a representative of authorities”), article 319 of the criminal code (“Insult of representative of power”).
