The President congratulated the Day of the baptism of Russia and advocated the recognition of the autocephaly of the Ukrainian Church.
Hundreds of faithful gathered at St. Vladimir’s Cathedral, to celebrate the anniversary of baptism of Kievan Rus.
The procession will be held from St. Vladimir’s Cathedral, Park Volodymyr hill. After the service, the participants of the moves will move along the route: Shevchenko Boulevard, Volodymyrska street, Sophia square, Vladimirsky passage, Mikhailovskaya square, street Cathedral, Park Volodymyr hill.
