British rock band Kasabian perform on June 29 in Kyiv during the festival Atlas Weekend with the presentation of the new album For Crying Out Loud.

Kasabian are an English rock band formed in 1997 in Leicester. In 2010 and 2014, Kasabian won the Q award in the category “Best band of our time” and a Q award in the category “Best live performance” in 2014, and the award NME Awards in 2007 in the same category. The style of Kasabian is often defined as indie rock, however, guitarist and vocalist Sergio Pizzorno talked about the fact that he hates indie bands and thinks that the music of Kasabian can be attributed to this genre. Kasabian have released six Studio albums: Kasabian (2004) Empire (2006), West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum (2009), Velociraptor! (2011), 48:13 (2014) and For Crying Out Loud (2017). The group became the owners of a number of musical awards and has received recognition from various publications including the Brit Awards in 2010 for best British group, also a laudatory responses received live gigs, the most famous of which was their participation in the Glastonbury festival in 2014 as a headliner.
