Guy was detained and taken to the police Department
The staff of patrol service of the national police had to catch in Kiev bully who jumped on the roof of their cars.
The corresponding video captured by the camera street surveillance, was published on YouTube.
Released footage shows how a young man with a running start, jumps on a patrol car, and then trying to escape.
However, as noted in the description to the video, the guy is already “in a minute, were detained and delivered in regional Department”.
While explaining his action, the bully couldn’t.
