According to experts, the average cost per square meter in new capital over the last three months of 2017 amounted to UAH 22500.
This value is maintained during February – April.
At the same time, the minimum cost per square meter in the primary market of the capital remains stable during March – April and is 14900 UAH.
We will remind, experts believe that housing, especially new construction, is the best investment for the population, especially in conditions of instability of the banking system.
Special attention, experts advise to pay for housing in new buildings that are being built reliable developers with experience in many projects, for example PJSC “HC “Kyivmiskbud”, which has more than 60-year history. Moreover, from 1 November 2016 the company introduced discounts from 10% to 20% for some apartments in new buildings.
