It was planned the construction of the entertainment center.
Kharkiv city Prosecutor’s office No. 4 was sent to Economic court the petition with the requirement to terminate the lease on 8 hectares of land near the center, which the city Council back in 2005 was transferred to a private company.
According to prosecutors, the firm was built on a rented plot entertainment center, but construction work was not started. Moreover, the last five years, the company did not pay in the budget the rent.
Assessed value of the land is more than 141 million UAH.
