The dilution of forces and means in the village of the Luhansk can be done only after April 9th.
The Ukrainian side in the Joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line (SCCC) States that units of separatists LNR once again disrupted the breeding of forces in the zone of the ATO.
“The Ukrainian side of the JCCC said that today the representatives of the NFP ORLO are planning to hold an informational PR campaign at the site of withdrawal of forces and means of the No. 1 Village of the Luhansk with the participation of the head of the Russian side SCCC major General Eremina Gleb Viktorovich and representatives of mass media of the Russian Federation, as well as IDLO”, – stated in the message the press center of staff ATO.
As noted, during the meeting the representatives of the astronomical clock will make a statement on the so-called readiness to implement the withdrawal of forces and means in this area, which should be implemented on 6 April this year in accordance with the decision of the Trilateral contact group on 29 March 2017.
“In fact, the decision of the Trilateral contact group may exercise, subject to seven days of complete cease-fire, verifiable by the Special monitoring mission of OSCE”, – said the press center of staff ATO.
It is also reported that the Ukrainian side of the JCCC in recent times recorded violations of the ceasefire by armed opposition groups ORLO with small arms at this site on 2 April 2017.
“Thus, the dilution of forces and means on location No. 1 the Village Lugansk may only be exercised after 9 April, subject to the fulfillment of the conditions set forth in the framework agreement, signed on 21 September 2016 in Minsk”, – stated in the message.
The staff also assured that the Ukrainian side is willing to fulfill all assumed obligations under the Minsk agreements, subject to unconditional compliance by the other party.
