Deputy Chairman of the state Duma Igor Lebedev has suggested to make a fight between football fans sport.

“Given that our fans are fighters, but not bullies, fan-made battle can be turned into a sport! Actually, what is sport martial arts? It is a fight one on one, turned into a sport. Why not turn exactly the same in the sports folk Russian fun – fight “wall to wall”? Adopt rules to carry out the competition teams,” he said.
Lebedev is confident that such a spectacle would raise not less viewers than the actual football games.
“Russia would become a pioneer in the new sport. Which, of course, do not need to invent any foreign names: how in the world lexicon includes the word sputnik, so let them include the word draka”, – he said.
