Canadian Daniel Macduff, some time ago have benefited from the services of the airline Sunwing Airlines flight to Cuba, has sued the airline because he did not meet his expectations.
Macduff argues that instead of free champagne promised on the website of the company for each passenger, he was handed a glass of sparkling wine.
Passenger accuses the company of deliberately cheating and cheap marketing, demanding compensation.
