The Minister reminded that nobody has the right to a monopoly of force, except the state.
The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov declared the inadmissibility of a military siege operations in the Donbass. He told about it in Zaporozhye, commenting on the statement of the headquarters of the trade blockade of the intention to carry out the next stage of their actions.
“Going to a few people who take the decision “will block”. But what, for example? “I don’t like the tram that goes down the street, I’m going to block it,” said a headquarters of the blockade. I declare to you that no one in the country has no right to a monopoly of force, except the state!”, – the Minister said.
Avakov stressed that he regards such statements as “political speculation.”
“I highly recommend these gentlemen that assume such a responsibility and try to obtain for themselves political capital, to think first about the country, then about their weight in society. We will not tolerate any actions of these activists,” – promised the Minister.
