The simplified procedure will allow Ukrainians to obtain appropriate documentation without unnecessary congestion.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has simplified and improved the procedure of transfer of cottages and houses in the residential.
This was announced at a meeting of the government Vice Prime Minister – Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Gennady Zubko.
“The simplified procedure will allow the Ukrainians who intend to transfer cottage or garden in a residential home, to obtain appropriate documentation without unnecessary congestion – report on the conduct of technical inspection. First of all, it eliminates corruption and the possibility of dual interpretation and related abuse”, – quotes its words a press-service of regional development.
Zubko said that the introduction of simplified procedures will ensure the realization of citizens ‘ right to dispose of his property.
Recall that on 1 June Presidentukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a law allowing people living in the absence of their own homes for a long time (more than 5 years) legally in the dorms, after the transfer of these dormitories in the property of the United territorial community is free to privatize premises in which they reside.
