Completion of the matches of the third qualifying round of the Champions League.
The ex-midfielder “Dnepr” Ruslan rotan made a successful debut in “Slavia”. The Ukrainian came out in the starting lineup and played 66 minutes, and in most won the minimum victory over BATE and closer to reaching the play-offs.
Central defender “FK Vardar” Eugene Novak helped his club unexpectedly beat “Copenhagen”. The Ukrainian played the full 90 minutes and scored a reliable game at the gate.
Dmytro Chygrynskiy and AEK in the first match of the third round without a chance lost to CSKA Moscow. Ex-defender of Shakhtar and Ukraine national team was not his best match – both goals AEK conceded after a corner.
