A list of the most wealthy of Russian citizens are once again led by co-owner of “NOVATEK” and “SIBUR” Leonid Michelson.
American magazine Forbes has today released a ranking of the world’s billionaires, which included 96 Russians — 12% more than last year.
It is associated with the stabilization of the Russian economy.
Unchanged was the first place in the ranking of the richest Russians. It is the second time in a row for a co-owner of “NOVATEK” and “SIBUR” Leonid Michelson. In the world ranking, it occupies the 46th position. Second place in the Russian rating for Alexei Mordashov (“Severstal”), the third — Michael Lisin (NLMK).
In addition to representatives of the top ten Forbes also spoke about the three Russian businessmen who appeared in the ranking of the publication. This Roman Trotsenko, who controls 50% of the holding company “Novaport” ($1.6 billion), the main shareholder of “PIK Group” Sergey Gordeev ($1.5 billion), Alexander Klyachin, founder and owner of the Azimut Hotels chain and owner of the hotel “Metropol” ($1.3 billion).
