The reason for the termination of Ukrainian citizenship – entering inaccurate data in the questionnaire.
President Petro Poroshenko has terminated the citizenship of Ukraine of 28 persons since the beginning of this year. This was stated by the representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Lutsenko in interview to the 5th channel.
According to her, the reason is the introduction of false data in the questionnaire for citizenship.
“These liars, these people who lied in their profiles, 2017 28. To all the President approached the same way. There was no difference,” she said.
According to her, Poroshenko is no time to think about the ex-head of Odessa regional state administration Mikhail Saakashvili.
“It would be better to prove his innocence in the Georgian court, which at the time (Saakashvili – ed.) has reformed and said that he is the most fair. This will be proof that criminal cases should not be”, – said Lutsenko.
Concerning the possible return of Saakashvili to Ukraine, Lutsenko said that in this case, should trigger the laws of Ukraine and the state border service.
Earlier, Saakashvili said that he plans to return to Ukraine on 10 September 2017.
