Over 130 teenagers have been detained in Moscow on the eve of the unauthorised opposition rally, their participation in her ill-conceived attempt of self-realization, the head of the Department of regional security of Moscow Vladimir Chernikov.
“136 minors were detained. My opinion – these guys are going through a period of delusion, they live in their own, sometimes someone think of the world,” – said Chernikov in an interview to “Interfax”.
It links the participation of adolescents in the mass protests of the opposition, in their desire “to realize itself at any cost, to prove that something’s different with you”.
According to Chernikov, “these young people are very progressive, diverse, they have the right to choose his line of life, but it is important that they grew up faster, learned how to assess the situation, to understand the main principles, including the principle of “do no harm”.
“And when I invite them to prove this work, a specific case, individual help to people – why do not hear and do not want to hear. That someone is actively using,” – said the representative of the municipality.
Chernikov believes that in terms of global awareness and the increasing aggression in society, the state and the family it’s important to create a younger generation “mental tuning”.
