The conflict occurred during the consideration of decisions on the allocation of money to the municipal enterprise “Vinnytsia municipal Fund investment”. Automaidan activists claim that this Foundation transferred the money then illegally deduced. At the meeting of February 24, addressed the issue of allocation of additional UAH 100 million.
“We conducted an investigation and learned that last year the Fund invested in private enterprises, family-related Groisman. That is, the money was just withdrawn from the budget. Today needs to allocate 100 million hryvnia,” – said the leader of the Vinnitsa Automaidan Taisa Gaida.
Activists held a rally under the building of the city Council, and then went to the session hall. There was a conflict.
