In Yaroslavl I had to feed the dogs 31 thousand pancakes are baked on Shrove Tuesday.
The pancakes were cake weighing nearly two tons. It was produced by residents for the installation of the record. In baking was attended by hundreds of citizens.
However Rospotrebnadzor does not recommend to feed people pancakes that a few hours spent on the street. So 31 thousand pancakes in the end was sent to a shelter for stray dogs, said the representative of the municipality.
Pie weight 1972 pounds eventually entered the Guinness Book of records, the Agency said.
