A criminal case was opened in Yakutia, on the murder of a young girl, a newborn baby, according to the regional SUCK, Russian Federation.
“The investigative Department of the Yakutsk SUCK Russia in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) instituted criminal proceedings on signs of structure of the crime provided by article 106 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder by mother of the newborn child), upon detection of the baby’s body in a cesspool of a public toilet,” — said in the message.
It is noted that the baby’s body was discovered in the village of Markha. According SUCK, it is established that a child is born 19-year-old girl who hid the fact of pregnancy from loved ones. She arrived at the hospital, she received the necessary assistance.
To establish the child’s cause of death is appointed is judicial-medical examination. The investigation is ongoing.
