Oktyabrsky district court of St. Petersburg extended the arrest of Philip Budykina, known under the administrator account of the groups of death in the social network Vkontakte.
Bodaken was arrested on November 16 last year in the Moscow region, after which the court in St. Petersburg sanctioned his arrest.
Russians accused of incitement to incitement to suicide. The investigation was carried out psihologo-psychiatric examination, during which he was declared sane.
“Oktyabrsky district court extended the measure of restraint in form of detention Philip Budykina until 20 August. Bodaken admits his guilt, against the extension of action is denied”, – told a press-the court Secretary Darya Lebedeva.
