According to geologists, the mercury may soon disappear from the Solar system.
As noted by researchers, the closest planet to the Sun has gained very little size. Mercury is easier and less Land is about 20 times. A year on mercury lasts 88 days.
Unlike other celestial bodies, mercury has a metal core that is 85% of the radius of this celestial body. Unlike Venus and Mars, mercury, like Earth, has its own, not induced magnetosphere.
Mercury began to shrink after the meteor bombardment about 3.8 billion years ago. One of the reasons is the change of the orbits of the gas giants or some kind of gravitational perturbation on the outskirts of the Solar system.
