The court of appeal rejected the complaint of lawyers ex-the President.
The complaint filed by the lawyers of Viktor Yanukovych appeals the forfeiture of $1.5 billion rejected the court of appeal in Donetsk region.

“The appeal court of Donetsk region refused to open proceedings on the confiscation of 1.5 billion dollars according to the materials of the appeal of lawyers who are members of the non-resident enterprises of a criminal organization Yanukovych,” – said in the message.
The Prosecutor General’s office has not yet received this court decision.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that seven Cypriot companies, holders of bonds of internal state loan appealed the decision of the Ukrainian court on special confiscation of $1.5 billion of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych.
