Ukrainian students continue to perform at the ongoing Taipei world University games.
The eighth and ninth gold at the Universiade Ukrainians won in race walking. Inna Kashina with result 1:for 39.44 won the race at 20 kilometers. Nearest rival Ukrainian was ahead by 1 minute and 34 seconds.
Victory Kashina and good results Zvili Alina, Valentina mironchuk and Tamara Gavrilyuk, brought Ukraine the victory in the team classification.
Another award in race walking won the men’s national team – Igor Glavan Valery Litany was in the top 10 of the standings, and secured the team third place after Japan and Mexico.
Finally, the swimmer Maria leaver with result 31,50 won a bronze medal in the swim the 50 meter butterfly. The same time with a Ukrainian girl showed student from Sweden Marita Eriksson.
