The number of simultaneous sessions increased to 70 thousand
National Agency on corruption prevention (NACP) reported that retrofitting the hardware base Register electronic declarations in accordance with the technical requirements of the system administrator “Ukrainian special systems” (OSS).
“Today the number of automated sessions on the portal reaches 6-7 thousand Spent retrofitting will increase as the number of concurrent user sessions to 70 thousand, and the number of documents processed by the system, up to 2,500,000 documents per year, without any threat to the Unified state register of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government”, – stated in the message.
In addition, agreements between the National Agency for prevention of corruption, State enterprise “Ukrainian special systems” and LLC “Altair” (for administration and software and hardware maintenance of the software of Unified state register of declarations of persons rendering services on placement of equipment and services rental equipment) were provided to ensure full operation of the system the Unified state register of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local government.
The National Agency reminiscent of the approved draft order of the CMU “On approval of the Plan of measures to ensure the proper functioning of the Unified state register of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government.”
The action plan envisages the implementation of certain tasks, which will ensure the operation of the Registry of electronic declarations in 2017. In particular the development of measures for modernization of software and hardware base Register, e-declarations, organisation of direct access National Agency other state registers and information databases, and connection to special information and telecommunication system of the National system of confidential communication. Now the draft order submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers.
