So the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov commented on a statement by the Secretary of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov on the promotion of Ukrainian troops to the East of the country.
“The statement of mister turchinova means that Kiev refuses to execute the most part of the Minsk agreements on security, which he considers to be a priority and absolutely essential to everything else then it was, too,” – said the Russian foreign Minister.
