Hrycak accused the leadership of the Russian Federation in organizing events in Kiev.
The head of the SBU Basil Gritsak accuses the top leadership of the Russian Federation in an attempt to undermine the socio-political situation in Ukraine this summer.
At a briefing on Saturday, he said that according to operational information, at a closed meeting of the top leadership of the Russian Federation in may, Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized its assistant Vladislav Surkov for the failure of the operation to destabilize public-political situation in Ukraine.
“It gave him a new task – in the shortest possible time to achieve the so-called “reset of the ruling regime in Ukraine”, – said Hrytsak.
He said that on 12 July by the Russian side organized the attempted takeover of the public reception office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
“The scenario of curators from Moscow, the protesters had to grab public reception of the GPU, cuff himself indoors, drench the reception brought red paint, to unfurl banners with the demands of a political nature”, – said the head of the SBU.
According to him, the shares have been hired 34 people – young men in camouflage uniforms and the unemployed who had to play the role of the representatives of the volunteer battalions.
“Together with the police we caught up with them. The survey participants reported that they had been hired to conduct a customized promotion for a cash consideration of 400 hryvnia. The detainees were taken to the Pechersky district police station, where they gave a revelatory statement about the organizers of the action”, – he said.
According to Hrytsak, the next provocation was planned in the public reception of the presidential Administration of Ukraine.

Hrytsak also stated that only during the week from 28 June to 4 July, the SBU exposed 6 attempts of Russian special services to organize a protest at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine.

Hired by representatives of the criminal environment had to build a makeshift gallows, pour red paint, to burn the image of the Polish historical figures, set fire to the fire”, – he said.
According to Hrytsak, the security Service is documented instructing of participants and their movement to the scene. On the same day the SBU together with the police detained 29 provocateurs. Among them was the promoter, who had testified about the customers.
“The service has established the organizers of these anti-Ukrainian actions. All of them are on the territory of the Russian Federation. You are well familiar with their names,” said Hrytsak.
He called the customer shares the administration of the President of Russia. One of the curators, according to Hrytsak, was Surkov. Among the people who were involved in organization and financial support, the head of the SBU, said former Ukrainian officials Mykola Azarov, Vitaliy Zakharchenko, Andriy Klyuyev.
“Performers – the Pro-Russian activists with the involvement of representatives of organized crime groups, criminal elements, and, unfortunately, in the blind individual Patriotic citizens, who just carried on 500 UAH and go on a campaign”, – said the head of the SBU.
He added that the Russian side will not be able to undermine the situation in Ukraine.
