The Federal Antimonopoly service has called for more accurate timing of the transition operators to work without roaming inside the country. As reported by Anatoly Golomolzin, the Deputy Minister, all will happen this year. According to Mr. Golomolzin, operators will reduce roaming prices to the economically justified at the very beginning of December, so the wait is very long.
Igor Artemyev, head of FAS also commented on the situation and stressed that the abolition of roaming charges will apply to the Crimea, where everything happens at exactly the same time as across the country. The operators that Russia is silent, but it is clear that to lose the benefit of national roaming none of them are going: FAS makes of to reduce the prices of calls outside your home regions, but nowhere does it say that they should not increase the usual rates.
