EU surprised by the record amount.
The EU over the past three years has mobilized more than €12 billion in financial assistance to Ukraine. This was stated today by the head of the EU delegation in Ukraine, Yug Mingarelli at the international conference “public administration Reform”.
“We have mobilized over the past three years more than €12 billion, including 3.4 billion macro-financial assistance. It is the largest financial assistance that we ever mobilized. We also mobilized €200 million for the grant program – more than in any neighboring country,” he said.
According to Mingarelli, the EU mobilized “all possible resources” and stressed that Europe is important to the successful reforms in Ukraine.
Earlier, the President of the world Bank Group (WB) Jim Yong Kim announced that the WB and the IMF have exceeded the limit of financial support for Ukraine, but not going to stop.
