Anti-Russian sanctions can be lifted only in the event of termination of occupation of the Crimea.
European Union sanctions that were imposed against Russian Federation for annexation of Crimea can be withdrawn only in case of restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press attache of the EU delegation in Ukraine David Stulik.
“The conditions for lifting the sanctions are all very well known – we should cease to violate international law, it is necessary to renew the order, which was in Crimea before its illegal annexation – said Stulik.
According to him, otherwise, the restrictive measures against Moscow will remain in force.
“But as they are, I think, everyone knows,” he said Stulik.
