The Kyiv court of appeals left in force the decision of Solomenskiy district court, which dismissed the former people’s Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Martynenko under the personal guarantee of the number of MPs and Ministers.

As reported Корреспондент.net, Mykola Martynenko was detained April 20, in the investigation of criminal proceedings on the fact of plunder of means of VostGOK in the amount of 17 million dollars.
But April 22, the court released on bail Martynenko. He vouched for 15 MPs and several Ministers.
In turn, the Prosecutor was required to elect. a measure of restraint in form of detention for 60 days with an alternative bail of 300 million hryvnia.
