13 Feb Solomensky district court of Kiev declared invalid and obliged to refute the widespread Oleg Torgau information about the alleged purchase of Arseniy Yatsenyuk 24 villas in Miami (USA).
About it the press Secretary Yatsenyuk Olga Lappo said on his page in social network “Facebook”.
“The claim of Yatsenuk Arseny Petrovich to Torgau Oleg Leonidovich on protection of honor, dignity and business reputation by recognizing the information as inaccurate and refutation, to meet… to Oblige Torgau Oleg Leonidovich refute false information…”, – is spoken in the decision of the court.
“This situation is just one case in a deliberate and massive campaign to discredit Arseniy Yatsenyuk popular Front”, – said Lappo.
The author of false information Torgau on the page in social network Facebook said that still wonders how he could write.
“As the threat of strong emotions of indignation, under which I wrote that post about the Villa, they can blind anyone to deprive a person of reason and a sober assessment of what is happening. Then after learning about new purchases Yatsenyuk, believed it and was incredibly in the darkened state, unfortunately pulled again I will share it with others.
