Dyminsky has filed a court claim for debt collection with Natalika under the loan agreement.
The Pechersky district court of Kiev arrested the apartment and the residential house of Minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik at the request of the businessman, the President of football club Karpaty Peter Damanskogo.
This is stated in the materials of the court.
As noted, Dyminsky has filed a court claim for debt collection with Natalika under the loan agreement (the amount of debt in the decision of the court not specified).

At the same time he filed the claim, and asked him to arrest the real estate Kasalica, namely: a flat area 287,7 sq m in Kyiv, a house area 561,4 sq. m and plot (1 510 sq m) in Kozyn (Kyiv region).
The court partially granted the petition Damanskogo and seized an apartment and a house. The validity of the court’s decision until July 26, 2020.
