The Council of Europe has published the text of the decision of the Committee of Ministers in the Crimea.
On the eve of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe adopted a decision on the situation in Crimea, in which he put forward some requirements to Russia, in particular, has called for the restoration of the Majlis.
The published text consists of 11 points. They, in particular, repeatedly condemned the annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as there is a demand for Russia to respect human rights in Crimea and to investigate cases of human rights violations on the Peninsula.
The document also calls on Russia to grant human rights bodies of the Council of Europe access to the Crimea, to create a safe and supportive environment for local and international media and human rights defenders.
