Tonight in the US, in Las Vegas near Mandalay Bay casino, where he held the festival of music in the style of “country”, were fired. This case will go down in history as one of the most (if not the most) bloodiest such incidents in history. To date, there are already about more than half of those killed, more than four hundred (!) people were injured.
The shooting began during a concert when the performed on stage with singer Jason Aldean (Jason Aldean). The music was interrupted, the people began to shout. The shooter was on one of the balconies of the hotel complex Mandalay Bay Hotel and purposefully fired into the crowd.

The concert was attended by about 22 thousand people. Police quickly blocked roads leading to the scene and access to the building where the shooting came from. Special forces stormed a room on the 32nd floor, where it was discovered the shooter, as well as a dozen rifles. By this time the shooter was already dead – apparently, he killed himself.
In the dead gunman was identified 64-year-old Steven Paddock (Paddock Stephen), who lived in Mesquite, Nevada. In the past the man did not have any problems with the law.
The media have managed to contact relatives of the Paddock. In particular, his brother Eric, living in Orlando, Florida said:
We are absolutely stunned. We can’t understand what happened.
